The man who is said to be notorious for pretending to be deaf and dumb in order to steal from unsuspecting men and women, sneaks into offices while using his condition to cover up.
According to reports, Uche’s expertise was to sneak into peoples’ offices, steal laptops, mobile phones and other valuables in broad daylight.
He was arrested on Tuesday after one of his escapades.
CCTV footage of his exploits have been compiled by the police for him to be arraigned in court.
